Refund Policy

All sales are final
TJNAI.ai LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, does not give refunds. All sales are final, except where required by applicable law.
This covers:
- Digital products sold and delivered through Gumroad, which processes those payments. The PickleRecord Coach Court Kit is one example.
- Services — consulting and custom work — invoiced by us and paid through Stripe. This includes prepaid invoices and deposit invoices.
tjnai.ai itself does not charge your card. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
A failed download or a duplicate charge
If a download fails, or you were charged twice by mistake, email info@tjnai.ai. We will fix the delivery or the duplicate charge.
